The UWSP Centennial Store has prepared items with historic connection to the home economics program for sale to the
public. Profits will go directly into the Centennial Garden.

- Note cards with envelopes. There are 10 different pictures and a package contains six of them. Each was an original
water color drawing by Ethel Hill, alum and former faculty member. Approximate size is 4 1/2" X 5 1/2"
- Small Recipe book with wonderful WWI recipes by Bessie May Allen that show meat substitutes and new recipes donated by current
faculty and students.
