Stevens Point students favored the �CNR� look of plaid shirts and boots or work shoes. Urban styles of the time differed. T.V. star Don Johnson popularized loose linen sport coats worn with T-shirts and loafers or sneakers without socks. Picture (150x114, 4.2Kb)

Models for Seifert�s downtown store displayed the latest styles as they posed on Main Street, Stevens Point. The �layered look� was popular with pants that had narrowed considerably. Madonna led a new trend of back-to-the-fifties styles based on Marilyn Monroe�s look. Picture (150x232, 7.3Kb)
