This was the beginning of a two-decade classroom and laboratory renovation initiative. The foods area received $134,000 for renovation of the cafeteria and its kitchen.

During this time, the fashion merchandising majors created a retail store with merchandise from local merchants. The experience provided a real-life practicum experience for the students and a convenient shopping experience for everyone. Picture (150x137, 3.9Kb)
