arole Kronforst, sophomore home economics major from Appleton, displays serving trays she designed for the new
cafeteria in the school's recently opened, $2.5 million Professional Studies Building. The project was undertaken
in a color and design course with Instructor Mary Ann Baird. Because the top half of the trays is angled, they
form a design when four are placed on a table. As a reward, the university had Carole's initials imprinted on
the corner of each tray.
