Judie Pfiffner
Judie Pfiffner has taught part time at UWSP since 1983 while also serving part time as
the Rice Clinic nutrition consultant. She has done consulting and professional presentations on eating
disorders, heart healthy dining, and preventative nutrition for community health. Judie also served as Director
for the graduate student practicum program in the early 1990�s. In the community she has worked with the
American Heart Association, the Copps Corporation, Meals-on-Wheels.
Judie is a registered dietician with a master�s degree from UWSP.
